BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY

By making a reservation at Chef Jono at V&V you agree to our reservation & cancellation terms.

In case of any no shows, late cancellations within 48hr of your booking you will be charged £25 per person.

​A cancellation fee applies to any situation that a booking is not honoured in full or in part.

Please Note: all cancellations must be made via email or phone, quoting your booking reference.

​We would also respectfully ask that you are ready to be seated at the time of your reservation.

We have a 15 minute grace period. Please call us if you are running later than 15 minutes after your booked time.

Where this is not the case, the time that you are seated will depend entirely on availability.

All reservations are allocated to 2.5 hours.

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS

Please inform us of any dietary or allergy requirements at the time of your reservation or 24 hours-notice prior to your booking date.

 This will help us ensure that we can create the best possible menu to accommodate your needs.

​Whilst we can cater for most dietary & allergy requirements, unfortunately due to the extensive length & the number of components to the menu we are unable to offer a menu suitable for some very restricted diets.

​Chef Jono at V&V cannot be held responsible if we are unable to cater for specific dietary requirements if insufficient notice is given. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
